Our Fees

Our fees are based on the purchase price agreed and age of the property.

A personal quotation can be obtained by contacting Michael Power Associates direct.

Once instructed we will send out terms and conditions for your signed approval.

Upon their return we aim to book your survey within 1-2 working days subject to access through the Agent / Vendor.

Prior to the inspection our Surveyor is happy to discuss any areas of concern.

On completion of the inspection we will contact you to provide a verbal summary of the report.

Your report will be forwarded to you 3-5 working days after the inspection.
